Review by hotel critic
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Midsummer Cottage in Stratford-upon-Avon, and let me tell you, it was a gem! The place was spotless, with modern white and grey furnishings that gave it a sleek look. I loved that it was conveniently located just a 10-minute stroll to all the charming shops and the Royal Shakespeare Company—perfect for a culture nerd like me! The kitchen was a good size, making it easy for our group of friends to whip up some meals, though the lounge felt a bit snug with four of us. We also enjoyed sitting in the lovely garden when we weren't out golfing or cycling nearby. If you're looking for a cozy and central spot to soak in some local culture, you can't go wrong with Midsummer Cottage!
